1. What did you actually learned from the unit.
I learned about ways the workplace can keep employee standard and morale up.
2. Discuss your feelings/experiences from the team activities? Did it change your opinion on the subject? If so, how? If not, why?
I have experienced low morale among work place companions. Even if I enjoy my job, it’s still difficult working with people like that. Getting to the root of their concerns and problems should be something more employers look at. However, alot of times the workers don’t effectively communicate that they have a problem in the first place.
3. How you will utilize the information learned in your nursing practice.
I am going to attend more employee meetings and get togethers to keep my own morale and workplace emotions high.
4. You personal feelings about the material covered.
I feel this was good material. If any of us are ever in a management position, I think these things were very applicable.
